There are times when I find myself holding back the best in me.
I don't know why it happens, but it does.
It's like a fear of success and fear of being able to keep it up once successful.
It's like I know what to do but I can't move!
No one truly has the blueprint to how their life is suppose to go. I sometimes feel the urge to do something inspiring and innovative and the idea flows into my brain and then with no actions it flows right out again. This makes for a bad combination.
Having these moments of inspiration are like the light shining in a dark room. I see the room with clarity. If only for a moment I have a flash of brilliance.
What I learned about inspiration
The word inspiration as defined by webster's means
:a divine influence or action on a person believed to qualify him or her to receive and communicate sacred revelation.
What I personally learned was inspiration means "In Spirit".
Where we receive our inspiration.
James 1:17 “Every good gift and every perfect (free, large, full) gift is from above; it comes down from the Father of all [that gives] light, in [the shining of] Whom there can be no variation [rising or setting] or shadow cast by His turning [as in an eclipse].”
James 1:17 AMP

What to do once you receive the inspiration
Well the word of God says to write it down and make it plain.
Habakkuk 2:2 “The LORD answered me: “Write down the vision; write it clearly on clay tablets so whoever reads it can run to tell others.”
Habakkuk 2:2 NCV

This scripture can sometimes be taken out of context but I'm sticking to the script get it! (LoL) As the scripture reads further it says in verse 3.
“It is not yet time for the message to come true, but that time is coming soon; the message will come true. It may seem like a long time, but be patient and wait for it, because it will surely come; it will not be delayed.”
Habakkuk 2:3 NCV

This is your moment, your time for action!
"Do it now" should be your new motto.
I read some where that if it will take less than 2 minutes, do it now. It's about ceasing the moments as they come. I've had moments that just seemed out of my control that caused me to feel helpless.
In that helplessness we lose focus and the reality that we have power, the power to respond the way we choose to in the moment.
The challenge is that most of us react rather than respond to life.
"All my life I had to fight" this is a quote from Sophia from the color purple. That line is how most of us react to situations in our lives. Reacting, fighting our way through things that happen in our lives. Feeling like you don't have a moment to breathe and pray to ask God for his wisdom as to how to respond to any situation that may or has occurred.
Having a Relationship with God
Having a relationship with God gives us a chance to come to him in that moment for wisdom and guidance allowing us to remove our reactions and respond through his Son Jesus Christ.
When we are able to truly get out of our own way of doing things and allow God to move through us we will see Gods manifestation of love, beauty and wisdom flow through our lives. Transforming ourselves and all things that he touches through us. Remember Jesus (The Way) is the bridge to God (Love). Be blessed and transformed Daily!
